We gave the name Scarface to this huge Alaskan Brown Bear who had obviously been in a very difficult situation.  He patrolled the banks of the Alagnak River watching for salmon, and I must have a couple hundred photos of him.  He was immense, and although his appearance was menacing, he was so focused on salmon we never felt threatened (but we kept a safe distance, nevertheless!).
